Well, we haven't got any new staff in quite a while! It can get very boring having to listen to myself babble on nonsensically constantly, ya know.
Rather that retype the message that I have playing in #RaX every hour, I will just quote it here for you to see (scroll down for the short version):
"Do you have experience in encoding anime from DVDs? Maybe you have a good collection of anime DVDs of your own... Would you like to be a quality control staff (are you good at spotting video problems and grammatical errors in subs)? Or, maybe you own a 10mbit+ server and are willing to share some of your bandwidth to help the bots? If any of the above fits you and you want to give back to the anime ripping community, don't be afraid to contact a member of the staff (@) or myself. Benefits include distro access to pre-release material from RaX, among other things."
Ok, now that was kinda long, but in short, if you have talent or resources in the way of encoding, quality checking, providing servers, or providing DVDs/VOBs, talk to me over IRC or one of the owners in the channel. (see? that was short... excuse me for being long winded...)
